Here at Welcome, boarding fees are calculated on a day of arrival, day of departure basis. This means that if you collect your pet before 12 noon you will not be charged for that day.
The only exception to this rule applies to Monday collections. No late checkout fee applies to Mondays.
For Christmas, Easter and all other school holiday periods, we advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable deposit of $100 per pet during Christmas periods and $50 per pet on other school holidays will be required.
Please note, a 14 day minimum charge will apply to all Christmas bookings and a 7 day minimum charge will apply to other holiday periods.
We accept cash, cheque, MasterCard and visa we also have EFTPOS facilities for your convenience.
